From first consultation to final crown usually takes three to six months. Most of that is quiet healing time; you’ll visit the clinic four to six times.
1. Consultation and 3D scan — week 0
About an hour with Dr Omar Hassan. We examine the gap, your bite and your gums, and take a low-dose 3D scan to measure the bone precisely.
2. Your written plan — within a week
A document showing each stage, the number of visits, the implant we’ll use, and one all-inclusive price. You take as long as you need to decide.
3. Placement — about an hour
Under full numbing, with laughing gas or oral sedation if you’d like. A small opening is made in the gum, the implant is placed, and the gum is closed. Most people return to work the next day.
4. Healing — about 3 months
The bone bonds to the implant. If the gap is visible, you’ll have a temporary tooth, so nobody else will know.
5. Scan for your crown
A quick digital scan once healing is confirmed. No moulds.
6. Your new tooth
The porcelain crown is fitted, checked for colour and bite, and fixed in place. Then it’s check-ups as normal.
