Information on this website
This website gives general information about our clinic and treatments. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a dentist, and results and timings vary between patients. Prices shown are guides; your exact price is confirmed in writing before treatment begins.
Appointments
An appointment request sent through this website or by message is not confirmed until we have called or messaged you to agree a time.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone in pain. For long or sedation appointments we may ask for a deposit, which is refunded or carried forward if you give 48 hours' notice.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless your insurer is billed directly or an instalment plan has been agreed in writing. Treatment over KES 40,000 can be paid in 3 interest-free monthly M-Pesa instalments, agreed in writing before we begin.
Insurance
We check your benefit before treatment, but your cover is an agreement between you and your insurer. Any amount your insurer declines remains payable, and we will always tell you before treatment if we expect this.
